Hutchins was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome – a severe form of epilepsy – as an infant, and she is completely non-verbal, making it difficult to figure out what she will and will not eat. “She’ll always eat chicken tenders, but her favorite is turkey,” Casler said about Hutchins. “She has turkey so often her mom always says, pretty soon, she might grow some feathers.”
